Dr. Wm. Drew Gouvier has been practicing in neuropsychology and clinical psychology for 30 years and is now retired. He held the rank of Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychology at Louisiana State University, and until retirement, remained active there in research and graduate training. During much of his time at LSU, he served as the Department's Director of Public Service, and his career was hallmarked with numerous service accomplishments. These included election to the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN), program chairmanship of two consecutive NAN annual conferences, directorship of the LSU Psychological Services Center and program coordinator of the annual LSU Continuing Education in Psychology Workshop Series. He is the past Editor in Chief of the Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology, and has served on the editorial boards of a half dozen other professional journals in the area of neuropsychology and rehabilitation.
