Biographic Outline
Dr. Guth was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 1993 with a B.A. in Psychology and in 2000 with a Ph.D. in Psychology. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX, and she has taught graduate and undergraduate psychology courses at LSU-Shreveport. Dr. Guth completed post-doctoral supervision under the direction of the late David Post, Ph.D. and has worked as a licensed psychologist since 2005. Dr. Guth maintains membership in the American Psychological Association, Louisiana Psychological Association, and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.
